Crash Boat Beach is located at the west coast in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico. Is one of the top 10 beaches of the island by many locals and tourist. It is famous because of its beautiful calm crystal-clear water. The beach is visited daily by many locals and tourist around the island, coming to spend a great day in it. It also has a great family ambient, music, delicious food, and drinks at the kiosk.
Snorkeling in Crash Boat Beach
Crash Boat Beach is one of the top places for snorkeling and scuba diver’s beginners, intermediates and advanced. The best spot for snorkeling is at the pier of the beach, the water gets calm, clear, shallow, and perfect to see a lot of fish. The best seasons for snorkeling and scuba diving in Aguadilla are the summer, from May to August. When diving in Crash Boat beach, be careful with the jet ski, and get the diving buoy and flag. The safest zone to do snorkeling and dive in Crash Boat are at the pier and not crossing the buoys.
There is a shop named Crash Boat Watersports at the front of the beach where you can rent water sport equipment’s to use in it. They rent snorkeler’s combos like mask, snorkel, and fins, diver’s packages, tanks, weights, suites, gloves, kayaks, and more.
How do I get to Crash Boat Beach in Aguadilla?
If you come from San Juan, take the PR-22 (Jose de Diego Expressway) heading west, then at the end of the expressway, take a left to the PR-2 to Hatillo. Continue straight and you will pass through several cities like Camuy, Quebradillas, Isabela, and finally Aguadilla. In the route PR-2 in Aguadilla, take the 107-north exit to Punta Borinquen and Rafael Hernandez Airport and then turn left in the PR-458, continue straight and you will see the entrance of Crash Boat Beach. It has private parking with security.
