Things to do in Guánica

Guánica located in the south coast of Puerto Rico, provide the opportunity to spend a great weekend on it, having many places to visit like:

• Sunflower Farm (Finca El Girasol): Open Friday to Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. local time. It’s a private farm where you can enjoy the beauty walking through the fields arround the sunflowers and take great pictures. Entrance Cost: $1.25
• Dry Forest of Guánica (Bosque Estatal de Guánica): A great hiking place near Guánica Bay where you can find almost half of Puerto Rico birds in one of the most extensive field in the world of a dry forest.
• Gilligan’s Island: A cay near Guánica coast that you can arrive by kayak or boat and spend the day with a shallow crystal water. Open everyday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Closed at the moment by the municipality)
